Our Client is a well known and highly regarded complete package structures sub-contractor. Based in the Inner suburbs they have established themselves as one of Victoria's most reliable performers.  At present they have 4 projects in-delivery but have the capacity to deliver double that;  Labour wise they employ 40 men directly and turnover $20M annually. 
 
They work with 2nd and 3rd tier builders and undertake projects across all market sectors with a recent focus on apartment projects and large value commercial new builds.  Simply down to the level of work secured they are now in the market for a top class foreman capable of running projects $10M and above managing up to 40 men on site.
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic operator with a can-do attitude, someone who is techncially proficent who's real strength is man-management and getting the best out of his staff.
 
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in a structures foreman's role sub-contractor side who is across all elements of structures (formwork, concrete, rio, in-ground construction)
