POSITION SUMMARY
We have an opportunity for an experienced Zero Harm Advisor to deliver on project requirements for our Rail Network Development project based in the Pilbara, WA.
Reporting to the Delivery manager, you will champion and drive the development and implementation of health, safety and sustainability systems for this project. You will assist the business in providing assurance that the business is compliant with regulatory and Downer expectations and participate in the implementing agreed HS&E initiatives aligned with Downer’s strategy.
ABOUT YOU
- Certificate qualification in safety
- Workplace Rehabilitation Co-ordinator training
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Demonstrated capability in Rail Infrastructure projects (highly desirable)
- Extensive experience in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessments and Control Measures
- Demonstrated experience in incident investigation, internal auditing and injury management
- Extensive experience in leading change to foster the development of a workplace culture focused on safety
- A strong understanding of Pilbara Heavy Haul Networks HSE Standards
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of:
- Safety – AS/NZS 4801:2001 OH&S Management Systems
- Quality – ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Environment – ISO 14001: 2004 Environment Management Systems
