  What Types of Projects Will I Be Working On?

  Our focus is on High end Residential and small-medium sized Commercial Projects. There will be a vast variety of different projects from high end home additions, high end home new builds, education work, wineries, retail spaces, office fit-outs. If you like a diverse working environment full of new challenges this may be well suited to you.

  The Role On Offer:

  If successful, your new role will include the following duties:

• Use your extensive Carpentry experience to manage on-site team members whilst providing a hands on support role to ensure projects run to specifications
• Responsibility to coordinate and execute site works for your Projects
• Build meaningful relationships with internal team, sub-contractors and clients
• Create a site environment that promotes excellence, high performance and fun
• Ownership of safety and quality on site including paperwork of the same
• Proactive approach to Supervisor / Site Management to achieve outstanding delivery of Projects

• In Order To Be Successful For This Role, You Must:

• Have relevant Construction Industry experience and a committed hands on approach
• Be super passionate about delivering excellent outcomes
• Have the ability to be firm but fair
• Be highly organised, energetic and driven to succeed
• Have excellent site leadership qualities and brilliant communication skills
• Possess humility and a genuine care for others
• Have the ability to multi-task
• Have a genuine desire to influence and be part of a team long term
