An excellent opportunity awaits within a respected and highly-regarded construction company. Based in the Sutherland Shire, Parkes has been established for over 30 years and specialises in bank fitout, refurbishments and ATM installations.

As an experienced Estimator you must have previous hands-on estimating experience in office, commercial fit-outs and refurbishment construction to effectively compile accurate and competitive estimates.  

Key responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of the most cost-effective and competitive tenders;
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs, discuss design and develop a project scope to provide a successful solution;
• Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities and/or cost plan and review comparisons of subcontractor pricing;
• Read and interpret drawings and materials;
• Develop, identify and form strong working relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high level of satisfaction;
• Demonstrate innovative construction techniques.

You will be analytical in your approach and confident with estimating software applications. This role requires a results-driven Estimator with excellent communication and a positive attitude.
