The Company
My client is an established National Construction business with offices nationwide. Due to an increase in projects, my client requires a Commercially experienced Contracts Administrator to start immediately.
The Role
Key aspects:
- Providing support and contractual assistance to the project management team to ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Assisting in overseeing and managing commercial aspects of contracts
- Experience with letting out and monitoring sub-contractor packages
- Review, improve and implement procedures for contract management
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Provide accurate and timely reports
The Candidate
- Tertiary qualified in either a building or construction discipline
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role (Commercial experience)
- CHEOPS or JOBPAC experience advantageous
- Great time management and a real "can do" attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the company
