This contractor is at the forefront of the Australian Construction industry and their workbook is amongst the largest in the industry and includes major rail, transport, highway, structures and tunnelling projects. As an industry leader, they consistently raise the bar and as such are looking for an industry leader to join them as a Construction Manager to lead a major rail infrastructure project in Melbourne.

Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will take responsibility for the performance of this major project and lead a highly talented team of individuals. Overseeing this project, you will be responsible for monitoring site activities (work, output and standards), management/development of staff, development of engineering solutions, stakeholder engagement/management, drive the safety culture and build/maintain relationships with the client/partners/subcontractors.
