As a Newcastle based small business rapidly expanding our services across Australia, we are seeking an estimator with residential and commercial experience to join our team on a full time permanent basis. We have achieved impressive growth and now require an experienced estimator to help the team and assist with our continued growth.
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our fun and vibrant team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the estimating and cost reporting of largely residential and commercial projects. You will ensure that work is carried out in accordance with what the client has requested and be able to deliver accuracy and quality.
You will need to have experience with CUBIT or Buildsoft estimating software.
Key Responsibilities
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Working closely with both management and the project team
- Providing feasibility cost advice
- Cost planning/estimating
- Tender estimates analysis and evaluation
