About the role:
An opportunity has arisen for a passionate, enthusiastic HSE Business Partner to join our dedicated and close-knit team of HSE professionals. Based in Kelvin Grove and reporting to the Regional HSE Manager – QLD, you will be responsible for providing HSE advice and support to the Construction Materials businesses. It is expected that you will be predominately based in the SEQ region, however, travel to other regions within Queensland will be required.
Key to the success in this role will be your demonstrated experience working within the Construction Materials industry supported by relevant tertiary qualifications in the HSE field. You will have proven experience in leading teams, implementing programs and managing systems. You will be a great influencer, with strong technical and investigative abilities. A well-developed knowledge and understanding of legislation, Australian standards in addition to your experience with statutory authorities will see you thrive in this fast-paced environment. You will have a natural ability with people and be working within a team environment whilst maintaining your personal drive to set standards, pursue outcomes and change behaviour and culture.
