Your new company
A Tier 2 Design and Construct Builder group are seeking an experienced Estimator for Apartment & Aged Care Projects to $50M. Due to a consistent growth over the last 5 years, this reputable builder is seeking Senior Estimator to join the team in Melbourne’s CBD.
Your new role
You will be responsible for preparing budgets and estimates for tender and design & construct projects. You will compile tenders independently on smaller projects and work collaboratively with your team on larger scale tenders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have 3 years of local estimating experience, a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and analytical skills and the ability to show initiative and work to time frames. Ideally you will have a tertiary grade qualification and must have experience working on Apartment projects up to $20M in the local Melbourne market.
