Our Client are a   progressive construction management company who design, build and deliver projects such as Fast Food Chains, Shopping Centres, Retail refurbishments, Office  Fit Outs, Petrol Station Upgrades etc. in the value range of $0.50m to $10m.

Due to increased workload two newly created positions has become available for a Contracts Administrator / Quantity Surveyor and an Estimator.

Located in modern offices in the central Coast area and reporting directly to the NSW Manager the persons we are looking will have:

  1. Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  2. At least 24 months experience in Australia with a Commercial /Industrial Builder in a similar capacity.
  3. Up to date computer skills with Jobpac /Cheops/ Buildtools /Timberline or Similar
  4. Maintain records and provide all admin. necessary for the efficient financial control of each project on a day to day basis;
  5. Assist in preparation of Subcontract agreements & Consultancy Agreements;
  6. Review quotations & issue Purchase Orders to Suppliers;
  7. Review supplier & subcontract vendor invoices.
  8. Prepare Subcontract payments including obtaining all appropriate supporting documentation;
  9. Liase with Subcontractors, Suppliers and internal stakeholders to assist in project delivery, via phone, email and face to face.
  10. Assist with other general admin. duties as required;
  11. Own Transport essential–lots of free on site car parking available.
  12. Outstanding communication skills as you will be dealing with people at all levels, both internal staff and external people.
  13. Checkable references
  14. Ability to get on with people.
