Our client is a global engineering contractor delivering outstanding infrastructure projects to Utilities, Private Consortiums and International Business Units.
This new position – reporting to the General Manager of their EPC division is responsible for the implementation of the contractual and contract administration procedures for the project. You will be a critical link in the commercial outcome in the project delivery.
Your role will encompass
- Assembly the tenders of subcontractors
- Management of all documentation
- Managing to agree procedures and plans to minimise contractual risk
- Review of progress claims, variations and other factors to ensure contractual compliance
You must have a minimum of five years commercial experience in contract management ideally supported by relevant tertiary qualifications and/or possible project management experience. Your attention to detail, ability to get along with everyone at all levels and deliver is critical.
The business has achieved excellent growth in the past five years and is set to continue this trend with an exciting range of projects on the horizon.
