OUR CLIENT
A reputable and well established Commercial Builder creating a large footprint in QLD require a skilled Foreman that specialises in multi residential. This company delivers projects up to $15 Mil and have a solid pipeline of projects for the next 24 months.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Project Manager,you will be responsible managing and guiding sub-contractors to ensure the project is completed on time and at the highest quality. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, with occasional night and weekend works.

DUTIES

• Manage site safety and WHS
• Coordinate trades and sub-contractors
• Read and interpret site plans
• Ensure time restraints are adhered to
• Liaise with Clients and Consultants
• Conduct site inductions and tool box talks

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE  

• 3-5 Years exposure as a Foreman on commercial fitout/refurb projects
• Trade or Tertiary Qualified in a Building related discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate site personnel with quality finishes
• Proficient in reading and interpreting site plans/drawings
• Shopping Centre rules and regulations
