THE ROLE

You can be an existing Foreman/Foreperson but they will also consider a Site Supervisor or a Fit Out Site Manager looking to step up. You will be well supported, working on a well-resourced team in the delivery of a diverse range of exciting projects. 

DUTIES

• Taking the Lead on Site Delivery
• Work alongside the PM for the Good of the Project
• Programming site works
• Management & Coordination of Sub-Contractors
• Face the Client and Consultant as required

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Trade Background Preferred / Advantageous
• Construction, Engineering or Design related Qualifications
• Experience working on a range of Local Projects
• Practical Construction Methodology Knowledge
• Strong Communication Skills
• Motivation to Grow with a Business
