We are currently searching for an excellent Finishes Foreman to help us finalise a project on Hayman Island.

The Role

As our Foreman (Finishes), you will be responsible for:

• Supervising trades and scheduling of work
• Daily site set up and management
• Oversee construction of new Commercial Kitchen, Bar and Custom Joinery Works
• Excellent leadership, time management and the ability to complete projects on time and within budget
• Ensuring a high level of communication and teamwork with all stakeholders
• Assisting with the management of our on-site OHS practices
• Excellent hourly rate for the right person (approx. 115 hours per fortnight, 11/3 roster)

The Person

To be considered for this role, you will require:

• Trade qualified in Carpentry and Joinery
• Open site supervisor license
• At least five years experience in a similar position with strong experience in structures and finishes
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm to drive the project to program
• MS Project experience and general computer literacy
