Construction is booming for 2018 and we have 10 different roles that are starting in in the next two months. Whether you have a track record within the 2nd or 3rd tier on projects to $5m or have apartment experience encompassing tower cranes there are long term roles available with builders of note that can can offer long term career opportunities

Projects include:

• $15m Multi-Storey Aged Care Facility - Essendon
• $12m Apartment Project, 60 Apartments - Abbotsford
• $14m Apartment Build, Maribyrnong
• $15m Special Needs School, Werribee/Geelong region
• $12m Multi Level Self Storage Facility - Eastern Suburbs
• $5m Boutique Apartment, Blackburn
• $3m Warehouse/Office, Keilor
• $3m Sporting Pavilion, Brighton/Hampton
• $3m Shopping Centre Redevelopment - Northern Suburbs
• $2m Office Extension - Ringwood

To be considered for the above roles you will be required to liaise with clients, architects, consultants and relevant authorities. As a Site Manager you will need to:

• Demonstrate experience at a similar level
• Have the ability to manage, coordinate, plan ahead and negotiate with trades
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be trained and competent in OH&S site management and IR
• Be able to lead a site team and work closely at the client interface.
• Have advanced IT skills with the ability to work with a company IMS or softward such as Hammertech
