About the role: 

Due to substantial growth, there is currently room to add a BOQ Sales estimator who will join a tight knit and friendly estimating team. This role will involve working on standard project homes and more customized homes. 

Skills & Experience required: 

• Previous experience working for a project home builder
• Ability to estimate from first principals 
• Proficiency with Databuild software ideal but not essential
