Construction Scheduler/Planner - Rosehill

 

Monier is a leading manufacturer and supplier of roof tiles across Australia and New Zealand. We have operated for over 100 years and have a proud history and reputation in producing quality tiles and making homes beautiful.

Based at Rosehill, we have an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced individual to join our Customer Service team as Construction Scheduler/Planner. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this is a critical after sales position where you coordinate and schedule work orders for the builders and liaise internally with our Construction Supervisors to ensure the materials and labour are ready for product installation.

 

In this fast-paced role, your responsibilities will include -

  • Managing the daily schedule of product loads ready to be dispatched to site – confirming deliveries or managing any changes
  • Allocating orders to tilers for product installations
  • Converting quotes to orders and entering details on the system
  • Responding to daily order job releases and managing any changes to schedules or plans
  • Daily communication with core stakeholders regarding work activity and ensuring that they are pro-actively kept up to date on all items that impact them

 

To be successful in this role you will –

  • Previous experience in a scheduling or planning role preferred
  • Construction Industry experience preferred
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage changing priorities
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and exercise good judgement in determining priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
