The Company

The Project(s) 

• Creating Magnificent apartment build, 4 storeys up, singular basement (circa $20mil)

Other Projects they do 

• Sensational and Bold commercial environments for office and communities 
• Revolutionary education builds with State of the Art technologies 
• Projects range from $4mil to $30mil 

The Position 

• Run and co-ordinate all site activities 
• Liaison with architect, engineers, subcontractors, clients & unions 
• Manage and drive sub contractors 
• Maintain & control all on-site records 

• Run project to the construction programme, specification & budget 
• Overseeing all OH&S and ensure the site is a safe workplace 
• Deliver project on time & to budget 

Must Have 

• Building trade background or related degree 
• Demonstrated history as Site Manager on structure of this size is a must
• Right to work in Australia (not requiring sponsorship)
