ABOUT THE ROLE
RCR Tomlinson is at the forefront of Melbourne’s developing Rail Network. Currently working with a major project in Melbourne’s CBD, RCR are now looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to work on this multifaceted project.
DUTIES
- Manage and participate in the preparation, submission and agreement of Rail Team Papers
- Manage the preparation and submission of interim progress claims and final accounts
- Handle all subcontract progress payment claims, variations, contractual claims and final accounts
- Assist in the preparation of project monthly reports, and provide commercial challenge and support
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial management and governance requirements of major infrastructure projects, and rail team relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of contract management, program financial management, supply chain management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation and administration.
- Proven ability to develop, lead and manage commercial services across multiple projects/programs of work.
