Your new company
Hays has now partnered with a leading national builder to source an experienced Estimator within their commercial construction division. This builder has been operating for over 25 years and have established offices across multiple states and offer a range of services including; Commercial, Residential, Aged Care, Hospitals, Education and Industrial. Their core work ranges from $20m all the way through to over $200m.
Your new role
The business has recently secured multiple Commercial Projects across south east QLD. Due to this increased work load, this dynamic builder is now seeking an experienced Estimator, who is career focused and interested in joining a team of industry experts who take pride in delivering high quality, successful projects.
What you'll need to successful
To be successful in your application you will have a background with mid-tier commercial builder, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Estimator, and exposure to hard dollar contracts. Experience in the Brisbane construction market and knowledge of local sub-contractors is a must. It will be highly desirable if you hold a relevant tertiary qualification or similar.
