Delivering excellent service and quality homes to our clients is extremely important to us, therefore, we have decided to launch our own building company. We have the opportunity to increase our current sales numbers with the opening of display homes.To achieve this, we need an experienced residential Construction manger with a current DBU and insurance.

 You will be responsible for day to day site activities, scheduling of works, quality of workmanship and the delivery of construction timeframes.

 Applicants will be able to demonstrate:
 Experience in managing residential and medium density projects

 A proven track record in obtaining and managing trades to deliver agreed outcomes

 OH&S and QA management and compliance

 Computer literacy skills

 High level communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

 This is an opportunity to join a start up building company as a member of the senior management team, you will be involved in the portfolio of floorplans, master plans and the process of documentation delivered to construction.
