As we continue to expand, we require the services of an exceptional – and suitably experienced – Manager for our New South Wales region.
Our company is a recognised industry leader in the Civil Construction/Heavy Earth Works sector.
We are looking for a person who can create and nurture a sense of professionalism, drive the growth of our depots and take ownership of the role.
You will be supporting our existing team of over 40 staff members and contractors, managing the recruitment and expansion process and liaise directly with our head office and national management.
The office is located in the western suburbs of Sydney with our clients situated throughout the state.
Our ideal candidate will be committed to team building and staff development. You must be able to communicate effectively with clients, labourers, administration staff and Management. This is very much a “hands on” role.
One of our expansion plans is to incorporate complimentary divisions to the business – you will be involved with managing these processes.
To be considered for this role, we are expecting someone with a minimum of 5 years current Management experience in a similar role within a related industry sector. Tertiary qualifications in Management, Engineering or Business would highly regarded.
