Our Company has weathered the storm of the slow down in the WA economy and is now experiencing high levels of growth which has meant we have an opportunity for an experienced construction surveyor to join our Perth team.

At a minimum the expectation for your type of skills and expertise is;

1. Formal TAFE or equivalent surveying qualification

2. 5 years experience in Construction Surveying

3. Expert Level in Trimble survey hardware, Magnet and AutoCAD software

4. Good communication and client facing skills

5. Ability to solve problems and show initiative

6. Ability to maintain and enhance OHS and Quality management standards

7. A strong commitment to safety

8. A valid driver's license

The Clerical Stuff

1. Job Planning and Management of construction projects using Industry Leading Cloud Based Project Management Software

2. Liaise with relevant clients/project consultants/authorities to ensure a high level of communication is kept up throughout projects where necessary.

3. Preparation of Architectural survey plans and calculations for construction set out

4. Ensure the projects safety requirements of the company's quality system are maintained

5. Establish Primary Survey Control Networks

6. Conduct Ident and Feature Surveys, As built and Monitoring Surveys

7. Set out Civil, Pre Concrete Pour, Post Concrete Pour Structural items and Gridlines

8. Collate collected site data and draft daily survey verification report

9. Maintain supplied vehicle and equipment to a high standard

The Rewards

Full time position of 38 hours per week, the package is based on a flat hourly rate and superannuation for all hours worked plus a vehicle, laptop and phone, We pay for overtime at the standard rate for all hours worked, which means the harder you work, the more you get rewarded
