Your new company
Specialises in mid-value commercial and institutional projects across Victoria and has grown consistently the past 5 years. They have a $13M commercial project in Geelong which requires a capable Finishes Foreman to close out the project and potentially move onto a more ongoing role as Site Manager for the right candidate.


Your new role
As the Finishes Foreman, your role is to coordinate the trades on-site to ensure successful completion of the project to time, cost and quality parameters. You will liaise with various finishing trades, the Project Manager, and the Site Manager to ensure cohesion on site and optimize productivity. You will also ensure that trades work within the health & safety practices on-site.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally possess a carpentry trade background and demonstrated experience at the foreman, supervisory or site management level on commercial building sites. You will have a keen eye for detail, a positive, 'can-do' attitude, and loads of drive and enthusiasm to get the job done well.
