We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. You will be working on Sydney's premium award-winning sites and must be keen to add value to team culture and looking to grow your career.

About the role:
- Responsible for the management of contracts and variations
- Organising and approving progression claims for invoicing
- Liaise with subcontractors and clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Inquire and lock in prices from suppliers and raise PO’s
- Manage procurement
- Financial monthly reporting to our Construction Manager
- Work alongside the Construction Manager and Foreman to ensure seamless project execution
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a contract administrator
- Certificate IV in Landscape Construction - preferred
- White card
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisation skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project experience
- Well presented with excellent phone manner and written record keeping skills
