THE COMPANY
This company has in business for over 40 years and has been growing ever since its inception due to a firm vision of quality. Their projects commonly range from $2-15 million and cover a wide range of the market - Government, Education, Health & Aged Care, Retail, Automotive, Hospitality, as well as Churches & Heritage. Their office is located near Baulkham Hills. They have recently seen a lot of sustained growth due to some great business, well-won tenders and a lot of hard work. Their culture is portrayed by an ambitious youthful team and led by a well organised Managing Director who has been at the company for almost 20 years.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This company were once a small residential builder across the Sydney market, but have now grown into a major NSW contractor. A recent high success rate with tenders have meant that more staff are needed across the board.
They are now looking for a young hungry Site Foreman to work in their small projects division. These projects would ultimately be $500k - $4 million projects. There will be room to grow once you've proven yourself.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 2-4 years' experience with a commercial building company (fit out or construction).
- Motivated, passionate and team orientated individual.
- Previous experience in a leading role running your own projects.
- Local experience in Sydney and established relationships with subcontractors & suppliers.
- Relevant trade qualification and/or registered builder.
- Strong programming, man management and communication skills.
- Excellent tenure with previous employers will be a huge advantage.
