The Company
This well-established head contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its team.
They have been awarded an impressive amount of Commercial Fit out Projects and are looking for a project manager to autonomously oversee and manage multiple projects.
This long-established family company has a reputation for quality and professionalism and offers long term careers and progression.
The role
As the project manager you will be exposed to a range of fit out projects up to $5M and managing multiple projects at any one time from the head office.
You will be responsible for full life-cycle project management including business case development, feasibility, planning and delivery.
You will be working on Fit Out projects, coordinating all the activities on site and managing trades and subcontractors.
Experience Required
- Trade or Tertiary Qualified a must
- Have experience on projects valued up to $2 Million and Ability to work across multiple projects at any one time
- 2-5 years' experience as the sole PM on Fit Out projects
- Must have local fit-out experience
- Have comprehensive knowledge across documentation, construction methodology and materials.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal skills and pre-emptive problem-solving ability.
- Experience with managing subcontractors and project staff
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
