A Tier 2 Contractor in Perth has appointed us to source a lead Contracts Administrator for a recent $38m project win. This highly reputable and professional Tier 2 Contractor, which is part of a large group of companies, continues to grow from strength to strength each year. Commercial construction projects range from $10 - 60m including offices, retail, education, mixed use apartments and industrial.

As the Contracts Administrator you will be site based and responsible for a new build, commercial office project of $38m, reporting to the Project Manager. You will be tertiary qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and have 7 - 15 years experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor working for Tier 1 or 2 Building Contractors.

You MUST have 5 - 15 years experience for a Building Contractor in commercial metro construction
You MUST have experience running your own project as a CA from $10m+
You MUST tertiary qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
You MUST be an Australian Resident with a valid full working visa or Permanent Residency
