Residential Estimator - Sydney

Opportunity for an enthusiastic Estimator immediately required to work for a well known residential builder.

Located North West Sydney, this reputable builder produces some unique homes with a very innovative design.

As an Estimator your main responsibilities will include all estimating duties including job takeoffs, creating BOQ's , variations, purchase orders and liaising with construction supervisors and managers. 

To be interested in this position you will meet the following criteria:

• At least 6 months of local construction experience experience or TAFE or University Qualification
• Ideally hold a relevant building or trade qualification
• Have some construction software skills 
• Good computer skills
• A positive attitude and a desire to progress with your career with a leading builder
