A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estimator or a QS who specialises in Hydraulic services with a proven background in estimating of commercial plumbing projects to join our energetic team. The Estimator / QS is responsible for ensuring that the estimates are successfully completed, on time and in accordance with contract requirements.
The Estimator / QS will work closely with the team and senior management to achieve these objectives.
Essential Experience:
- Appropriate qualifications in Plumbing Trade or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 2 years commercial experience
- Appropriate experience in the use of computers and industry specific software
- Time Management
- Understanding of contracts, spec & scope of works
- Understanding of Design & Construct
- Ability to problem solve.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Client Relations
- Ability to work either independently or as part of a group to achieve required outcomes.
- Estimating, Pre and Post contract administration
