Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, the role provides support and assistance to project engineering, procurement and contract administration ensuring the delivery of successful outcomes for our Clients and the company.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a mature demeanour and a readiness to build and establish working relationships with internal and external customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a post grad student looking to join a successful team and gain more experience in a medium size company with room to grow and progress quickly.

• Involve working with multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of projects;
• preparing detailed cost plans and estimates as tools for budgetary control;
• preparing Bills of Quantities from design drawings;

You will need the following to be considered:

• Relevant tertiary level qualification
• 1-4 years post grad
• Good communication skills
• A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline driven environment
• Quality and productivity in execution of duties and responsibilities as outlined above
• Ability to work away on site and interstate occasionally
• Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
