The Company
Our client is a National Project Management Consultancy who have a successful history of close to two decades providing project management services on complex property and construction developments. Located in modern CBD offices, this group have a solid pipeline of work across a diverse range of projects and are currently looking to add an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to their high performing team.
  
The Role
Working under the leadership of a Project Director you will oversee the delivery of a large scale construction project for an institutional client. With strong Contract Administration skills, you will act as superintendent to manage the builder, coordinate the design team and ensure the client is fully engaged throughout the project. Longer term, this role will see you work on projects from brief development where you will be heavily involved in stakeholder engagement and design management to ensure projects are on course to meet client expectations. 
  
About You
This role will suit candidates from a Tier 1 or 2 construction background who are looking to transition to the client side. You will have worked as a Contract Administrator, Site Engineer, Project Coordinator or Junior PM with at least 5 years of professional experience on the Eastern Seaboard. This is a client facing role so excellent communication skills and ability to built rapport with stakeholders is a non-negotiable.
