The Company
Key players in the Sydney's construction market for over 40 years, this builder has a solid reputation for completing high profile projects to a superior standard. They usually build projects in the commercial and residential sectors with values over $100M.
The company's list of projects to its name gets better year on year as their broad range of clients continues to grow. The brand has been gradually developing over the last few years and they've decided to open a dedicated interiors division. This will be no ordinary division though as all the current projects are very challenging and have a high level of detail.
By putting a focus on training and development they have created a long serving team with a culture of loyalty to the company. The directors have only just started to focus onto refurb/fitout sectors, but they have brought in experienced senior managers to tailor the company's systems and processes to suit these types of projects. It's an exciting time to join!
They are looking to establish themselves as one of Sydney's leading fitout contractors, and they plan to do this through recruiting the best.
The Right Person
- A Bachelor in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Head-contractor experience in Sydney is a must
- 5-7 years contracts management experience
- Some level of programming experience
- Experience with working directly with clients
- Exposure to fitouts $5M+ is advantageous
- Excellent Tenure at previous companies
- A desire to progress with a company on a long-term basis
