The NSW Client Services Manager plays a critical role within our Major Projects Division. With a high service, account management and relationship focus, your role is to form & build on relationships with key decision makers, leadership teams across won projects across the NSW Region.

Key responsibilities include but not limited too:

• Manage and form relationships across major projects won in NSW region
• Be point of contact with clients with regards to INSELEC onsite personnel, manning requirements, and all contractor / project delivery enquiries
• Be first point of contact for IR & OH&S related enquiries
• Liaising with recruitment delivery team on current and future mannning requirements across projects

To be successful in this position:

• Previous account management or service delivery experience
• Industry, construction, project management and electrical understanding desirable
• Ability to form strong relationships with onsite project management and supervision teams
• Electrical Trade background highly desirable but not essential
• Exposure to large scale projects, complex IR / Union environments desirable
