Who will you be working for:
A well-regarded consultancy built on solid relationships and a focus on delivering quality. Cross skill of professionals in the team creates a well-rounded team working across a multitude of projects differing in size and sector.

With services across the full project from feasibility to defects with everything in between, you will have control over the delivery of this commercial tower. 

Who are you:
A Junior Project Manager wanting a step up focusing on new build projects.

You might be stuck in a business with a glass ceiling or in a smaller business that doesn't get the opportunity to complete larger new build projects. 

You will have a solid background in project management client-side / consultancy space and your stakeholder management skill will be second to none.

You will have a good sense of humour like to be hands-on with your projects and deliver to a very high standard of quality. 

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor of Property or Construction 
• New build project management skill
• Minimum of 4 - 8 years experience in Project Management 
• Proactive and care about quality 
• Project management experience - 3 years +
• Great stakeholder management and proactive approach
• Exceptional attention to detail
