The Position
Your role is essential to the continued growth & diversity of Wigg Plumbing and critical to ensuring the reputation is maintained and continually improved upon so that the business remains an employer and supplier of choice.
- Ensure job delivery timeframes are met
- Management of labour resources
- Training and performance reports for all staff
- Interpretation of specifications
- Build and develop strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts
- Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiative
- Channel for communication between team members and Directors.
- Both office and site work required
Qualifications
Trade certificate (Cert 4 – Advanced Tradesman Licence)
Experienced in training and managing a team
Gas Fitting licence
Experience with industry software programs
Ability to use Desktop, tablet and mobile devices
Understanding of the trade school units and working closely with apprentices
Current NT Manual drivers licence
