About the role
Based in Ballan, Holcim has been awarded a project and are looking for a Production Supervisor to work in a fast paced environment who is process driven with a high attention to detail. The role will be an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Batching concrete using multiple computer systems
- Allocating and assigning loads to drivers
- Dealing with customer and supplier enquiries
- Yard work duties including driving a front end loader
About you:
- Experience in a similar role with a front end loader ticket and HR Licence an advantage
- Willingness to deliver results for all stakeholders that exceed expectations
- Able to work as part of a small team to ensure success
