Your new role
- Reviewing scope of works
- Completing detailed take-offs
- Compiling bill of quantities
- Preparing and submitting estimates for tender submissions
- Engaging sub-contractors to secure competitive pricing
- Creating initial budget based on estimate
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience pricing residential, fit-out and smaller commercial projects
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently
- The ability to train those around you
- Strong communication skills
