Highly regarded National Developer Builder, Morris Property Group, requires a Project Manager with the capability to work on Residential & Commercial projects ranging from $20M to $80M on the Gold Coast QLD.
Morris Property Group is about to commence another multi-unit hi-rise residential development on the Gold Coast and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for the overall management, performance and successful delivery of this project.
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager your key responsibilities will be:
- Establish and maintain the project management plan and ensure its implementation throughout the project.
- Manage OH&S, performance of site team and contractors for timely delivery.
- Manage consultants and the design process for the project, inclusive of all approvals and DA conditions.
- Obtain approvals from the client for all design and samples.
- Monitor performance of safety on site.
- Maintain and review the construction program to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor, review and report periodically on progress against budget and program to upper management.
- Ensure delivery of a high quality end product without defects.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role as PM for multi-unit hi-rise projects in Australia
- Qualifications in building and construction management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as computer skills.
