Join our team to be part of a prestigious facilities management contract in the heart of Sydney.
The role:
It will be the Project Manager's responsibility to sustain a high performing project team accountable for project schedule, cost, safety and quality to ensure the delivery of the project scope of works is to the clients's scope of works and ensuring all works are delivered on time and within budget.
The works will vary from buildings alterations and renovations, tenant fit-outs, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics,landscaping to painting.
About you:
- Experience managing Minor Capital Works with multi-discipline trades/ teams.
- Experience in Facilities Management environment is desirable.
- Project Management skills with a proven ability to coordinate, schedule and implement
- Application of commercial acumen in all matters
- Strong negotiation skills
- Client focused
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams of internal and subcontractor staff to deliver projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Can deliver a variety of projects across all trades and industries.
