Site Manager/Foreman needed for townhouse development. Locked in pipeline until 2020. Canberra location.
Your new company
Our client is a highly regarded residential builder/developer that is focused on quality, sustainable residences. With a recent portfolio of sold out projects, this company showcases what residential building should be. With an established project team, the company structure allows site staff to deliver the projects with guidance and support, but also autonomy. Demolishing starts on a new townhouse development this month and as such, a new position has become available for a Site Manager/Foreman to manage the site.
Your new role
As the Site Manager, you will:
- Oversee the delivery of townhouse developments, up to $30m;
- Manage all day-to-day activities on site, including subcontractor management;
- Liaise with the Project Manager and Construction Manager and report on progress;
- Be responsible for safety on site and all inductions.
What you'll need to succeed
- +5 years experience in residential construction (townhouses);
- Proven track record of delivering quality projects on time;
- Strong communication and organisation skills;
- Desire to stay with an organisation long term.
