Over the last 15 years, Lyndhurst Recruitment has been supplying the construction industry with quality candidates. Due to the growth within the Sydney metro & Regional NSW construction markets, we are seeking quality Construction Supervisors in the Residential Project Home market.
Construction Supervisors - Residential
Our client is a multi-award winning builder, with their homes being built all over Sydney. Their belief is that everyone deserves an innovative and attractive home. They deliver outstanding design and quality construction that represents real value for money, with a focus on efficiency and customer service.
Due to the rapid growth and expansion, we are currently seeking Construction Supervisors - Experienced and Junior - to join the friendly team of supervisors in Sydney for the construction of residential homes in the North-West suburbs and South-West suburbs of Sydney.
To be successful in the Junior Construction Supervisor role you will be an excellent communicator with a passion for managing your own projects. Ideally you will have completed your Building and Construction Degree / or Carpentry Trade and already have some other building projects already under your belt.
This is an outstanding opportunity for the up and coming Project Manager!
Reporting to the Construction Manager, your duties will include:
- Conducting routine site inspections ensuring Company standards are met
- Ensuring key milestones are being achieved on site
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Providing regular updates to clients via weekly phone calls
- Manage all necessary WHS site audits and risk assessments to site
- Manage work sites by electronic means
As a Senior Construction Supervisor to be successful in this position, you will have:
- 5 years' experience in a similar role within residential project home construction is essential
- Thorough understanding of NSW residential construction
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Client focused
- Builders/Supervisors license
