Our client are well known and respect for their commitment to quality work in the ACT. Due to the company’s unmatched success, a permanent position for a Senior Project Manager has become available to join their high performing team of a very large scale and difficult project.
Description
Your role will see you take leadership of project delivery end to end and will be responsible for the following:
- Driving & leading the project delivery team
- Project planning, scheduling, budgeting and cost control
- Providing commercial and technical knowledge to stakeholders
- Liaising with relevant parties to provide detailed updates
Profile
To be successful for this role you will need to have delivered diverse projects at a senior level autonomously and require extensive experience across commercial construction, refurbishment and fit out projects. This role will require extremely strong stakeholder engagament and the right candidate will ideally have tertiary qualifications within construction and knowledge of the Canberra market specifically.
