Our client is a leading national construction company who deliver projects nationwide across Australia. They specialise in sectors such as Education, aged care, commercial, Heath, Interiors and retail.

The role:
They are currently looking for a Project services Manager to join their team and manage all MEP services on a variety of projects. You will manage the services at different stages of each project . You will liaise with the client to ensure the services are of the highest quality and standard. You will manage sub contractors and if needs be, assist your colleagues if the project is running behind schedule. This position is most definitely a managerial position.


What you need to be successful:
* You must have previous experience working as a Services Manager
* Either a degree background in Mechanical or Electrical
* Must have knowledge of MEP services
* Previous management of subcontractors is a must
* Previous experience working with a head contractor is preferable .
