• Leading Salary- $220,000-$240,000 plus super
• Established Builder/Developer with a family orientated culture

The role:
A leading Builder/Developer has a need for an experienced Site Manager to join its team on large scale residential/commercial projects. You would have worked on projects in excess of $40Mill and be able to  to build strong relationships within the business. The expectation for the Site Manager is to be able to hit the ground running and have an immediate impact for the business and its employees.

Qualifications and Experience:

• You will be a strong Site Manager that's able to deliver projects up to $300Mill
• Excellent relationships with clients, sub contractors and suppliers alike and be able to manage and build strong relationships
• Have a hands on approach to the project with the ability to look beyond the day to day
• You will traditionally have worked within the mid tier and be able to demonstrate considerable longevity in your employment history
• You will be presentable in appearance and have excellent written and verbal communication ability
• You will have a minimum 10 years industry experience either coming from a degree or trade background
