The Project(s) 

• High-end corporate retail rollout programs
• Sensational and Bold fitouts for commercial environments for office and communities 
• Cutting Edge and Revolutionary Education & Health builds from new & refurbished Hospitals and to State of the Art Universities
• Projects range from $500k to $20mil (broader business, into the billions)

The Position 

• Review of shop drawings (architect/designer documentation) against actual site audit conditions and development of the documentation to suit the site conditions, whilst maintaining the design concept
• Layout review, concept design and documentation
• Produce scope, budget & program of works (with Project Manager)
• Gather, assess and let trade packages
• Co-ordinate site activities, trades and suppliers
• Review the standard design documentation details of individual projects
• Co-ordinate any design related issues during the project construction period
• Administer contract
• Participate in weekly teleconferences with the client once the projects are up

Must Have 

• Building related degree
• Demonstrated history as Project Co-ordinator (or similar) on these types of jobs 
• Right to work in Australia (not requiring sponsorship)
