About the company
Our client separates themselves as being a non-corporate, family feel business who are leaders in boutique apartments and luxury townhouses. They have a current pipeline of 150 Million and are on the look out for a Senior Site Manager to lead their current site to completion.

Duties & Responsibilities (Not Limited)

• Will be responsible for running multiple sites
• Ensuring that projects gets delivered on time and at the highest quality possible
• Handle all site establishments and ensuring all WH$S requirements are met
• Report daily back on site progress, budget
• Follow project program, ensuring on time delivery of the project
• Reading of plans, set out of projects
• Preparing of daily weekly and monthly production plan in conjunction with the Project Manager
• Dealing with clients, counsel, professional team and sub-contractors on site
• All general site management duties

  
Skills & Experience & Qualification

• Must have at least 3 years' experience as a Luxury Home Site Supervisor;
• Knowledge in Site management processes and methods;
• Solid communication skills;
• Relevant Trade, Builder licence or Qualification;
• Must be proficient with tablet system and Microsoft Office;
• Valid driver's licence and the ability to drive manual vehicles including small trucks;
