Project Manager Job - Fit out and refurbishment projects upto $10m - Diverse projects - Salary $160-180k
My client is a local specialist within the fit out and refurbishment sector, with an extremely strong brand and presence in the Melbourne market. With project values typically ranging between $1-$10m and a number of high profile clients, they can offer longevity and structured career progression for an ambitious Project Manager. With a team of 18+ professionals and a solid pipeline of work ahead of them, this presents a great opportunity to join a market leader.
Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will join a well-established project team and be immediately deployed onto a high profile fitout and refurbishment project ($4m) You will be required to:
- Drafting project specific programs and methodologies
- Value engineering & Cost Planning
- Reviewing/approving claims and invoices
- Ensure company policies are enacted and maintained onsite
- Prepare the program and the quality, safety and management plans for your allocated projects
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3-5 years experience in the position of a Project Manager
- A strong background in D&C commercial fit out and refurbishments
- A proved record for delivering projects from end to end
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
- A tertiary qualification relevant to Construction or trades background
