Your new company
This established Victorian grown company excelling at production homes for over 35 years across the state. They provide a high quality of townhouses across various locations and are always seeking to expand their projects into new and exciting areas of residential construction. Due to this increase in projects, they are now is seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join their family, based out in Melbourne’s Western suburbs, and assist in development of building projects
Your new role
Production Estimator is a valued position within the company and your responsibilities will include;
• Preparing job files for Production estimates
• Maintain items within the estimating database and update templates
• Assist in sales estimating when required
• Liaise with Drafting team
• Create detailed Take offs
• Ensure all reporting is up to date
• Meet clients and discuss best outcome for all parties
• Interpret client variations
What you’ll need to succeed
As a successful candidate, you will have
• Experience in a Production Estimator role, preferably in residential
• Excellent team player and drive to progress within the organisation
• Understanding of Production processes and experience in Databuild or similar estimating software is preferable
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
