Your new company
This well respected architectural practice has boasted an enviable position in the market for delivering a premium building design and architectural documentation service. The majority of their customers come from the residential construction industry however they do service the light commercial market. Due to current expansion within their business our client has an opportunity for a residential drafter to join their exceptional team.
Your new role
Working closely with the team and clients, your holistic approach to your creativity means you strive to understand both the design and construction phase. Your extreme attention to detail will be expertly combined with your organisational and multi-tasking skills to draft multiple residential projects simultaneously.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will ideally have some experience within a design and construction environment, be able to work autonomously, have a strong understanding of building regulations and have a strong eye for detail that will be backed by relevant references. You will have relevant drafting qualifications coupled with experience working on residential projects, highly competent with the necessary software knowledge including AutoCAD. The role will see you completing design briefs, create construction and working drawings including floor plans and elevations.
